2. Initial meeting / Site visit

We will schedule a visit to meet with you and review the site.

During the site visit, we will:

  - discuss  your expectations and evaluate the project

  - talk about your budget

3. Estimate

We will outline a complete estimate which includes the following:

  - cost of the project

  - estimated start and completion dates and work schedule

  - full plans

  - material and product specifications  

  - warranty information

  - responsibility for building permits and inspections

  - payment arrangements

4. Sign contract

When you are satisfied with our estimate, we will ask you to sign a contract before commencing construction.

5.  Permit application (if applicable)

Any applicable permit application will be made at this point.

6. Begin construction

Once the contract is signed and any applicable permit is obtained, we will begin the construction.

7. Complete

Once the construction is complete, we will schedule a final walkthrough with you.
